I announce this periodically, that it’s time to get back to blogging. Well, here I am again. Here I am gonna try again. Really. Here we go. I just got back from a brisk morning walk in the chilly sunshine Tuesday and there’s zero point really in bemoaning the fact that THE BUSINESS has changed. It will change again. My guidance is simply to stay. Stay.  So here we are. What business? The astrology business. The on-line astrologer business. THERE IS NO POINT to fixate on what might not work. Instead? Get outside. Go for a walk. (Yes I am talking to myself here but I know some of you can relate to the changing changing changing times thank you Pluto in Aquarius!)

In case you were wondering: Mercury goes retrograde in the sign of Sagittarius so you must ask yourself: in what ways is it time to expand and expand what exactly? First thing I ever learned about Jupiter, ruling planet of Sagittarius: Jupiter expands what it touches. I took these astrology classes many moons ago but what’s true is true. 

It’s time. That’s what I hear. It’s time. “Hurry up please it’s time,” wrote T.S. Eliot. Every Mercury retrograde is an opportunity to this — to scrutinize in what ways you have become small and in what ways have you become big. Assess. You will feel pressure to stop and go within, like The Hermit card and this is the way to go. Don’t try to avoid it or talk yourself out of it. Get help if you need it. It can be scary to “go within” all alone. There are feelings that can be hard to tolerate. Believe me, I know! But take your cosmic magnifying glass and have a look. Really look. What do you want? 

And…. believe it or not… it might be time, this time, to REALLY GROW. The Sagittarius part of your chart and the Scorpio part of your chart hold the key. We need to look at both. We need to grow in both and review how we have grown (like the Seven of Pentacles does).

Omg it sounds like a lot, right? Too much thinking, too much looking, too much feeling. One step at a time says Mercury retrograde. Go with the flow. Go back. Go forward. Sit still. Stay.

I know Mercury retrograde can be hard. Mercury is a trickster. Mercury likes to speed things up. Mercury likes a little chaos. Mercury is information and communication and travel. Mercury is a messenger. The retrograde times are like invisible ink or speaking in code, a language you cannot understand because it doesn’t exist.

Review. Redo. Renew. Regenerate. Reiterate. Relay.
