When do you feel safe enough to stop running? You don’t STOP, you don’t give yourself time to stop. There is always a goal or a fear to tend to. Terror in the wee hours, and then you discover there is more running underneath the running. How to solve this problem and is there anything other than breathing and meditation. I’m not sure.
I am looking at the week ahead and this is what I see:
Sun in Pisces sextile Pluto
Sun in Pisces conjunct Chiron
Venus entering Aquarius (finally)
Jupiter going direct (finally)
And the Moon moves from Aries to Taurus to Gemini to Cancer…
Mars is now retrograde. Saturn is now retrograde.
To me this sky is STRENGTH. Strong like ox. Sun on Chiron amps up what has always been wrong but also what is currently right, how it’s getting better. What’s wrong is just an echo now, and the sextile to Pluto is your COURAGE. Strong like bear.
Venus entering an air sign thinks about love more than feels it so… folks who feel overwhelmed by Pisces Season will welcome this shift. The heartbroken get logical.
And last but not least, Jupiter goes direct at 10 degrees Cancer and water signs rejoice! You’ll find your words again. Many, MANY words. Jupiter (Sagittarius) is a talker, storyteller, metaphor-maker, and while retrograde the stories have been darker, quieter, or not at all. WE NEED STORIES. And we need mothering. Jupiter in Cancer, once direct, brings us more of both.
Love, MP

” We need stories. We need mothering ” A lovely way to describe Jupiter. Literally our mothers related stories to us and allayed our fears, soothed our souls and made us happy and this is what Jupiter does, does it not, in Cancer?
Thank you Felix
Yeah its funny though my partner is a double Sag and he is not concerned with status at all, We’ve been together over a decade, I think his heavy 12th house energy in his chart offsets it.
another side to it: capricorn can be “cheap” or “stingy” or just a bargain hunter– and Sag wears their…. supposed lack of status consciousness on their sleeve lol so much that it can become a rope they hang themselves with. So to speak
🙂 I understand. My partner has Venus in Cap. Lol
Venus in Cap is concerned with status… I have a Cancer stellium but Venus square Saturn… It took me a long time to become comfortable with Saturn at all! The more we try to understand where the other is coming from, the better it is — for them and us.
Capricorn tends to withold, hold back, keep a lid on… this is challenging for some.
Yeah I know I just picked out that part where you said Venus in Aquarius (finally) and because it related to my conversation the other day. But yes I read everything you wrote, that part just jumped out at me. Okay yes what you said makes total sense it depends on ther person and how their resonate with different energies. Thanks Aliza. 🙂
If I had to choose a Venus to be involved with, I’d have to choose Venus in Aqua of course because that’s my husband’s Venus lol
I was talking to a friend of mine, we have both studied astrology for many years, I was telling him, I can’t wait for Venus to go into Aquarius, she is just so work orientated and sober in Capricorn and I dont feel she is happy there.
He argued that Venus is okay in Cap (that is coming from a guy with Saturn conjunct natal Venus) what is your take on it Aliza? I thought I had my view pretty solid but then my friend expressed his (he has studied astrology as long as myself over 10 years) and got me questioning myself…I still think Venus is not so happy in Cappy…but why is it better in Aqua?
I think it depends on the person, truly. My post was addressing the energy of the sky overall. All this Pisces drowning people (some don’t want that much EMOTION and dreaminess) thus… they may enjoy Venus entering a more “logical” sign.
Funny that you mention the ox. I’m not Chinese, but I pay attention to Chinese as well as Western astrology. The Ox is the Chinese equivalent of Capricorn. So about these stories we need. Does this mean that we will start to hear some good news in our headlines as well as the bad?
no clue!
