South Node in Virgo Reads a Chart

This morning I made friends with someone’s chart. I am very Virgo about it all (Virgo Rising, Moon Pluto, South Node). I take notes and I take notes on my notes. And if some days pass before I speak to the person? I review. And then I see new things. Taking notes has always helped me think. When I write something down, it becomes solid. I have Neptune in my 3rd House so… a little (or a lot of) organization of my poetic cloud-stricken mind feels really good.

To some, my process may sound laborious, but it’s how I begin to make sense, step into a chart. It’s physical. Sure, insights come right away, and they fight for my attention, but that feels like chaos to me, too much chaos. Can’t catch up unless the words just come dribbling out of my mouth. My North Node is in Pisces. I have a feeling my process may change a bit as I get older ๐Ÿ˜‰

Charts contain layers upon layers of information. It’s a life. A soul. And if you believe in reincarnation then… you are looking at many lifetimes. Someone’s soul in your hands. I meditate on it and go around the wheel, eyeballing the degrees, the aspects, and that’s when the wheel starts dancing.ย Surrounded by glyphs, pages, handwriting, wheels. It’s magical. Today, I got lucky, had everything open on my desk and the cats didn’t bother me at all ๐Ÿ™‚

But back to Neptune. Neptune obscures. Neptune clouds, fogs, dissolves. Neptune confuses, Neptune hides and hides what’s hiding. You may not feel/grasp/understand a Neptune transit (or a birth chart) until it’s long gone. But if you clearly understand the natal position of your Neptune (says Isabel Hickey), you’ll begin to understand not only your Neptune transit but… so much more ๐Ÿ™‚

And with a 3rd House Neptune? I don’t always understand my writing, but others seem to.

Note to self: write about Venus square Neptune and the fog of love
