Dear LoveLess, poor little Cappy, goats are not known for smelling sweet, are they? Cute though they may be. But please don’t give up hope that your scent won’t improve! Some people like the smell of the farm, ya know? Farmers and farmhands and…
Point is this: your heart shall not long remain barren, although if your Venus is in the early degrees of Capricorn, then transiting Pluto, Lord of the Underworld, is bearing down on you with his nasty, and all I can say to that is: duck! (Okay, no more farm jokes.)
Motto of security-minded Venus in Capricorn: “it’s as easy to marry a rich man as a poor man.”
Now, your Venus may be seen by some as ahem “gold digging” but don’t you believe it. You just want to secure your future. Nothing wrong with that. And there’s nothing wrong with a serious stabilizing long-term committed relationship with a rich guy 🙂
Just… beautify while you’re at it. Like Dolly does! Because Venus (beauty) in Capricorn is akin to a Venus Saturn aspect and Venus Saturn aspects, by transit or in your natal chart, can tend to make you feel like you’re not good enough.
But I’m here to tell you that you are. Good enough. And that you can build (Saturn) a love (Venus) that is long lasting (Capricorn). Venus Saturn. Venus Capricorn. Make sense?

Venus and Moon Cappy here… plus my Venus is quincunx Saturn. Nice, right? Just spent the last year and a half finding out human emotions are OK to have, and more importantly, to express. 😛 I’m eagerly awaiting Pluto creeping up on those two, luckily it won’t be for another 5 years or so til it comes into orb for a conjunction with my Moon. Being that my Moon is in the 8th House, I anticipate some sort of transformative experience. That old goat is gonna get a goosing no doubt! lol … sigh.. fun times.
Hi Beth! Wow, I love hearing about the other side of it, about needing to learn that emotions are okay to have and express. Thanks for commenting 🙂 In a few years I too have a lovely Pluto transit to experience as well. Oy.
Venus Cap zero degrees…ugh…smelly smelly goat…how long does that last???
Hnybr, I won’t be on line much today to respond to comments but hope to be back later to talk abt your Venus 🙂 Take care–
